dedicated to providing premier radiology services in the
North Georgia area. Since 1987, our primary mission is to
provide the highest levels of care for our service area.
All of our physicians are board-certified and subspecialty

Our
technologists and radiologists are available to answer any
questions you may have before or after your procedure. Information
and answers to the most frequently
asked questions about your procedure can be found by
further exploring this site.
Our radiologists will review your results on the day of
your exam. A report will be available on the next business
day. A faxed preliminary report to your physician is available
upon request. If there are any significant findings your
physician will be notified immediately. |

Summit Radiology Services, P.C. is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Courtney Perez to our group of radiologists. Dr. Perez attended Stanford University for undergraduate school followed by medical school, internship, residency and fellowship at the University of California in San Francisco. She is a Board Certified Radiologist with subspecialty fellowship training in both breast and body imaging allowing her the skills necessary to provide comprehensive women’s imaging to her patients.
Women’s diagnostics is a key emphasis in radiology today as well as for Summit Radiology. “We are fortunate to now have a dedicated, highly trained and well respected expert in women’s imaging in our practice of fellowship trained radiologists” says Brenda Rakestraw, Practice Administrator of Summit Radiology Services. Locally, Cartersville Medical Center provides women with a caring environment for their diagnostic procedures – mammograms, ultrasound, bone density screening and stereotactic breast biopsy. |
